Are your products really Australian? YES! We love and support only Australian brands. Our carefully selected products are also either Vegan or Vegetarian, against animal cruelty, sulphate and paraben free and made using natural ingredients and essential oils. If we dont love it then we dont stock it.

Can I place an order over the phone? No. We do not place phone orders. This protects you and us from fraudulent orders using your card. Please place your order via the website or pop into our store to purchase in person. Stock in store may be limited so please call ahead to check what you are wanting is in stock on 03 5623 2223.

Can I cancel my order? Of course you can. Please contact us as soon as you can. If your order has not been posted yet we will cancel your order and issue you a refund. We do charge a 10% restocking fee when you cancel. Once it has left our warehouse we unfortunately cannot issue any refund on change of mind.

Can I make changes to my order? No. Once your order is placed we cannot make changes to it. However please make contact with us as depending on the circumstances we may allow minor changes.

I received my order but things are missing. What do I do? Oh no! We of course apologise for our human error. Please contact us immediately so we can check our cameras over our packing station. Once we verify that your items were missing from your package we will send them asap.

My items arrived damaged. What do I do? Please make contact with photos of the damage and we will advise you of the next steps.

Who do you use for postage? Australia Post. Always

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it? All orders are posted with Australia Post and tracked. When your order has been posted you will receive an email with a tracking number for you to track. If you havnt received this email please check your spam and junk mail folders. Parcels my take a day or two to be scanned by australia post so please be patient if your tracking number isn't yet working.

How long until my items will be posted? 2 to 5 business days
