I have changed my mind can I return my items for a refund? No. We don't accept refunds for change of mind.
My items arrived and they are not what I ordered? Oh NO! Please contact us as soon as possible. We will require you to return to sender on the package and we will re send your order as soon as possible.
My Order arrived Damaged? We are so sorry. Please contact us with photos of the damage. We may require you to return the products to us. Once we receive the items we will refund you your postage costs ( keep your receipts) and replace your items. Only if we receive the products back and/or the item/s is now out of stock will we refund you.
I don't like the products I have received. Can I return them? We are so sorry to hear you don't like your products. We don't however accept returns under change of mind. Please contact us. There may be something we can help you with to enjoy your products more. We also are happy to discuss what products may be suited better to you, your life style and your hairs requirements.
Can I cancel my order? If your order has not been processed or sent we can cancel your order for a refund.
