Postage & Handling

How long until you post my order? Our processing time is usually 1 to 3 business days however can be up to 5 business days in peak periods. Peak periods include Christmas time, sales, public holidays etc.

Who is my order posted through? Australia Post. Always

When will I receive my order? Australia post times do vary however usually within 7 business days. Please visit the AusPost website to view current delivery times. Peak times can effect the postage time.

Where is my order? Your order is sent via tracked post. Once your order has been sent you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number attached. This email can sometimes go to your junk mail folders. To find it easily search "confirmation" in your search bar. Use your tracking number on the AusPost website to track your orders delivery.

I have my tracking number but it says not available? Our packaged orders are collected from our store. it may take a couple of days for Australia Post couriers to physically scan the barcode with your tracking number attached. Please be patient. It will be scanned when it reaches the sorting facility regardless. Peak times may make the first scan take a little longer than usual.

My tracking number says delivered but I don't have my order? Annoying isn't it?! Sometimes Australia post will mark the package as delivered when it isn't just so they can reach their delivery targets. Very common during peak times. Your package is most likely still sitting in the truck ready to deliver shortly or has been delivered to your local Post office and you will receive the card in your letter box in the next day or two to come collect it. Please contact Australia Post immediately to enquire. Give it a day or two and contact us if you still have not received your package. Alternatively you can contact your local post office and check where its location is.

My Package has a price attached to it that doesn't match the price I paid for postage? Yes. The price you paid is for shipping and handling. Usually what's printed on the outside of the box is the the box price only and doesn't include the tracking, picking and packing fee or the packaging costs. All parcels are postage with tracking numbers. The price you pay for postage includes all handling and packaging supplies too.
